Election Night in New York | 05 November 2024

The hours of 23:00 - 02:00 in New York City, the night of November 05 2024. The majority of those in Times Square look nervous. There's a wave of uncertainty and unease in the air. 

I decided to stroll 20 blocks to Trump Tower, where two crowds merged; a group of Trump supporters and a slightly larger congregation of police officers. Here the former danced, jeered and live streamed on tiktok. To the people here, who you voted for was the same as what sports team you support, and they had just won the Superbowl.
